Adult Social Care Market Position Statement

Welcome to our Market Position Statement (MPS).

Rather than publish this as a single document we have taken the decision from 2025 onwards to provide our MPS in the form of a microsite. Our intention in doing so is to enable information for different sections of the overall Adult Social Care market in Somerset to be updated independently of each other as and when they change, as well as providing links to key notices that are we are required to publish by the Public Procurement Act (2023) when they are published.

We want to continuously improve the information we provide to both care and support providers already operating in Somerset, and those who are interested in doing so. We have therefore created a short questionnaire to get feedback on the content of our MPS, that we would be grateful if care and support providers could complete to tell us what we have got right and what could be improved.
