Funding for Learning Disability Reconditioning

We have an exciting opportunity for all Learning Disability providers working within Somerset to apply for a grant to support people getting more mobile.

We know that over the last two years people that receive support services have struggled to maintain their fitness, healthy eating and overall mobility due to lock downs and routine changes.

This grant gives an exciting opportunity for providers to create innovative work spaces that support people revitalising their movement and healthy lifestyles. There will be one round of funding, enabling providers to make a bid up to the value of £15,000.
