Safe System Transitions (SafeST) Research Study

A team of researchers from several universities and North Tyneside CCG are running a research project to develop a better understanding of incident reporting in care homes and co-design a systems-level response to safety issues for patients transitioning between hospital and care home.

They are looking for care home managers or nurses within care home settings that have some responsibility for risk management.

The process is one 30 minute structured interview, and all participants will be offered a £30 voucher and a certificate on completion of the interview.
