Homecare Re-design – Come and tell us your views
The Home Care Open Framework contract expires in March 2024 and we would like to invite you to a workshop to share your views on how we can work together to shape our homecare offer to the residents of Somerset. There will be a series of workshops at the following times and locations and you can register your attendance at your preferred event via the links below.

This will be one of a number of opportunities for us to come together to look at solutions for re-designing how home care is delivered in Somerset, providing the best outcomes for people and is fit for the future. It’s important that we get your engagement throughout this process so you are able to influence and shape a new model going forward.
We understand how busy everyone is but these sessions will be really important as we consider the future of home care in Somerset and we would really appreciate if someone from your company can attend one of the sessions.
