The South West Care Home Awards: Nominate Now
The next South West Care Home Network event hosted by South West Academic Health Science Network is fast-approaching on 14 March 2022.
As part of the event, they will be celebrating care homes or care professions who have demonstrated outstanding practice in the face of what has been an incredibly challenging couple of years.
They invite nominations for the following categories which will be announced at the event, alongside a short celebratory video to accompany each winner:
- Addressing Inequalities in Care Award – In recognition of a Care Home that has addressed inequalities
Anyone is able to nominate using the brief form here so if you know of a carer or care home that you think deserves recognition, now is your chance. We can also offer support for your nomination, so should you have any questions please email us at carehomes@swahsn.com.
